Digital Product Policy

All products sold on AllKeyStore are digital goods delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are generally limited once a license key has been delivered.

 

Eligible Refund Cases

  • The license key provided is invalid and cannot be activated.
  • The product delivered does not match the product purchased.
  • A duplicate key was mistakenly issued.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • The customer purchased the wrong product, version, edition, or platform.
  • The customer no longer needs the product after delivery.
  • Compatibility issues resulting from failure to review system requirements before purchase.
  • Issues caused by hardware changes, operating system modifications, or third-party software conflicts.
  • Failure to activate due to incorrect installation or misuse of the product.
  • Requests made after the applicable refund period has expired.

Refund Request Period

Customers must submit refund requests within 7 days of purchase. Requests received after this period may not be eligible for a refund.

 

Verification Process

  • Request screenshots of activation errors.
  • Request proof of installation issues.

  • Conduct additional checks before approving a refund or replacement.

Replacements

Where possible, we may provide a replacement key instead of a refund. If a replacement cannot resolve the issue, a refund may be considered.

 

Processing Time

Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider and banking institution.

 

Chargebacks

Customers are encouraged to contact our support team before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Filing a chargeback without first seeking support may delay the resolution process.
